We are growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Representative to help expand our retail presence and strategic collaborations.

About the Role

As our Sales & Partnerships Representative, you will be the driving force behind Chiara Cosmetics’ expansion into new retail channels, salons, boutiques, and strategic brand collaborations. You will identify growth opportunities, build long-term relationships, and help shape the way our brand reaches customers both online and offline.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for beauty, branding, and business development.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential retail, salon, and wholesale partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing stockists and collaborators.
Create and present partnership proposals that align with brand values and aesthetics.
Track partnership performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute joint campaigns and in-store activations.
Represent Chiara Cosmetics at pop-ups, trade events, and community experiences when applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident, well-organized, and results-driven with an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
